Former State Representative and Topsfield Town Moderator Jamie Belsito has secured endorsements from six elected officials across the North Shore as she campaigns for the open 6th Congressional District seat that also includes two high-profile Andover Democrats in the field.

Topsfield Town Moderator and former state Rep. Jamie Belsito said she will run, calling herself "a Democrat who won't apologize.”
"While Trump wages war on our democracy, too many Democrats argue about whether we need to abandon transgender Americans or abortion rights," Belsito said in a statement.
